개인정보처리방침

뮤직온느(이하 "회사")는 VVERS Visualizer 서비스(studio.vvers.com, 이하 "서비스")를 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 지키고 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 회사가 어떤 개인정보를 왜 수집하고 어떻게 다루는지 알려 드립니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보와 수집 방법

올리신 음원과 MIDI 파일은 수집하지 않습니다. 음원 · MIDI 분석과 영상 제작은 모두 이용자의 브라우저(컴퓨터) 안에서 이루어지며, 파일은 회사 서버로 전송되거나 저장되지 않습니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 회원 식별, 로그인 유지, 부정 이용 방지
- 유료 이용권 제공 · 기간 관리, 결제 확인
- 문의 응대, 서비스 관련 중요 공지 전달
- 서비스 안정성 확보 및 오류 개선
회사는 위 목적 외의 용도로 개인정보를 이용하지 않으며, 광고 · 마케팅 목적으로 이용하려면 별도로 동의를 받습니다.
3. 보유 및 이용 기간
회원 탈퇴를 요청하시면 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 관련 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보는 해당 기간 동안 분리 보관합니다.
- 계약 또는 청약철회, 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급에 관한 기록: 5년 (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률)
- 소비자의 불만 또는 분쟁처리에 관한 기록: 3년 (같은 법)
- 접속 기록: 3개월 (통신비밀보호법)
로그인 유지 쿠키는 최대 60일 뒤 자동으로 만료되며, 로그아웃하면 즉시 삭제됩니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 적법한 절차로 요구하는 경우는 예외로 합니다.
5. 개인정보 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전
회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리를 맡기고 있으며, 이 과정에서 개인정보가 국외로 이전됩니다.

결제 기능이 추가되면 결제대행사를 이 표에 추가하고 공지합니다. 국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 회원가입을 하지 않거나 탈퇴하실 수 있으며, 이 경우 로그인이 필요한 유료 기능은 이용할 수 없습니다(무료 체험은 로그인 없이 이용 가능).
6. 개인정보의 파기
보유 기간이 끝나거나 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 지체 없이 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제합니다.
7. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제(회원 탈퇴), 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 문의 메일로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
8. 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소
서비스는 로그인 상태를 유지하기 위해 쿠키(vv_s)를 사용하고, 언어 · 색상 설정 같은 편의 기능을 위해 브라우저 저장소(localStorage)를 사용합니다. 광고 · 추적용 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 쿠키를 차단할 수 있으나, 이 경우 로그인이 유지되지 않습니다.
9. 만 14세 미만 아동
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 회원가입을 받지 않습니다.
10. 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS), 로그인 정보의 해시 저장, 관리자 접근 제한 등 개인정보 보호를 위한 조치를 하고 있습니다. 서비스는 비밀번호를 받지 않으며 Google 로그인을 사용합니다.

개인정보 침해에 대한 신고나 상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(www.kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972)에 문의하실 수 있습니다.
12. 방침의 변경
이 방침을 바꾸는 경우 시행 7일 전에 서비스 화면을 통해 알려 드립니다.
Privacy Policy

Musiconne ("뮤직온느", "we") runs the VVERS Visualizer service at studio.vvers.com (the "Service"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it, in line with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws.

We do not collect the audio or MIDI files you add. Analysis and video making happen entirely in your browser; your files are never sent to or stored on our servers.
2. Why we use it
- To identify members, keep you signed in and prevent misuse
- To provide and manage paid plans and confirm payments
- To answer questions and send important notices about the Service
- To keep the Service stable and fix problems
We don't use your information for anything else, and we will ask for separate consent before any marketing use.
3. How long we keep it
When you ask to delete your account, we delete your information without delay, except records that Korean law requires us to keep for a set time:
- Records of contracts, withdrawals, payments and delivery: 5 years
- Records of complaints and disputes: 3 years
- Access logs: 3 months
The sign-in cookie expires after at most 60 days and is removed when you sign out.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not give your personal information to third parties, except when required by law through due process.

We will add our payment provider to this table and give notice when payments are introduced. If you don't want your information transferred abroad, you can choose not to sign up or delete your account; the free trial works without signing in.
6. Deletion
Information whose retention period has ended is deleted without delay in a way that cannot be recovered.
7. Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your information (delete your account), or to stop its processing. Email us below and we will act without delay.
8. Cookies and browser storage
We use one cookie (vv_s) to keep you signed in, and browser storage (localStorage) for conveniences such as your language and colour settings. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. If you block cookies, you won't stay signed in.
9. Children
The Service is not for children under 14, and we don't accept sign-ups from them.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store sign-in tokens only as hashes, and limit administrator access. We never ask for a password; sign-in is through Google.
